How do I contact the Sangaree Tax Office?

What are the office hours?

Who do I contact to report a yard or house that is in disrepair?
Berkeley County Code Enforcement would handle any concerns of code violations. They can be reached by phone at 843-719-4758.
Who do I contact about a vicious or stray animal?
For emergencies, such as animal bites, injured, or aggressive animals, please call 911. You should contact Berkeley County Animal Control in regards to stray animals. For non-emergency assistance after hours, on weekends, or on holidays you can reach Animal Control at 843-719-4300.
Where do I report a pothole or other road issue?
You may report these to the Sangaree Tax Office and the office will forward the concern to either Berkeley County Roads & Bridges or to the South Carolina Department of Transportation, depending on whose responsibility the specific road belongs. You can also submit a Maintenance Work Request for SCDOT here, or the Berkeley County Roads & Bridges Maintenance Form here.
Something at one of the parks is broken or needs repair, who do I tell?
The Sangaree Special Tax District is responsible for all park repairs and maintenance requests. Please find the contact information here.
A streetlight isn’t working, who do I call?
All street lights are maintained by Berkeley Electric Coop. Please be sure to get the pole number on the streetlight that you wish to report. You can call BEC at 1-800-327-9615 or submit a work request online here.
